Since she's your friend and from what it seems, I'm pretty sure she won't escalate into some Police matter.
Every time she annoys you, just hit her head with a fist or slap really lighly like you would do to you sibling. And tell her that she was being annoying if she asks why you did that.
It would be better to not block her and give her some chances until she does something that cannot be forgiven. 🙂
