@Namir All that he has done is emotionally abuse Ian and make him feel like he can't leave him even if Ian wants to. He's a manipulative ass**** and Tj doesn't deserve someone like Ian- Sincearlly, a person who had something similar happen to them
@Ghost have u already catch up all the scan? Ur kinda right about TJ being manipulative but both of him and Ian have a long past story together and they need each other (well im not good enough in English to explain what mean sorrryy ToT) Anyway TJ truly loves and same goes for Ian the thing is its difficult for Ian to choose between the one who was always there for him and with whom he had a difficult past and a new guy who make him live new things and who try to make him happy..
@CLOUD It's unhealthy and past doesn't change anything! It doesn't matter if TJ does care about him, his actions don't represent it and that can mess with a person. When someone says one thing but then their actions are completely different, that causes extreme mental issues. I'm still trying to get over my experience with that and it been years! I get scared to go into friendships and relationships because even if someone assures me they love me or do enjoy hanging out with me, I still don't trust it because I cherry pick the slightest actions because I'm scared I'll get hurt. Ian is a lot like me when I was struggling and I hate seeing him keep going back because I feel like I can connect to him. If the author does use the classic examples of a victim of such manipulation, then Ian will have many of the issues I have stated.
@Ghost I too have experienced this but I imagine that everyone has their own way of overcoming it. For me, even if someone does something stupid, if they really love me I would never leave them and even more so if they have been there for me before. Anyways you're right, Ian will have to face many issues but maybe he'll be able to survive with it.
