You're literally twisting the plot. TJ had no intention of breaking anyone's legs. It was an accident. Ian went to prison because he brutally killed a man who tried to escape from him. TJ understood that Ian would not forgive himself if he did not receive at least some punishment, so he asked to give him the minimum sentence.
You're crazy if you justify Jo who INTENTIONALLY took advantage of Ian's unconscious body and then came on his face, which in itself is disrespectful and humiliating. Also let's not forget how Joseph pretended his fingers were still broken to manipulate guilt etc.
