It's interesting that the author decided to show this overwhelming side of a homosexual relationship in a country where gay marriage isn't allowed. Because it is a real problem not to be able to bee seen as a husband/wife legally when things like this happens; it's a reality punch:(

@Honguito Kim I was thinking that.. about the consent form, the insurance and legal stuff.. even if shot in a few frames.. that gave the impression of helpless without the ability to make any important decisions.
