@Gerald Neo Count its more that there are better places for military funds and since the class has no combat its not very useful in the short term and they no longer invest to see if it's worth in the long term

@TickleShitz wars have been won and lost based on intelligence. The military is just stupid. I'm not even army and I can use her abilities quite effectively
