okay, this chapter leaves out a couple things:
1st of all, song yu feels for xia zhixu on a deeper level. he feels the both if them are so similar that he reads the comments through zhixus perspective and criticizes them through zhixus lense.
2nd, song yu went and caught a taxi back to Peiya, but couldnt utter a word because he was so conflicted about everything.
3rd, lele was reading a magazine and it's described "He looked very absorbed in what he was reading. Song Yu knew, no matter what Yue Zhishi did, he would always focus his all into it.

they also talk way more. lele was waiting for song yu for a really long time and song yu asks why, to which lele responds he thought hed come back. THIS REALLYYY IMPORTANT LINE!! "You told me before to stay where I was and wait for you.”
which! if you remember, song yu said this a couple chapters back. it becomes referenced to again later on. its only after this that song yu says hes tired.
they end the conversation with: "Gege, lean on me.”

they’ll be together after a few years. they’ll occasionally appear later in order to prompt changes in song yu's emotions. this ship actually isn’t too angsty — the saddest part has been witnessed by song yu.
