@ziaaaa Did you read with your eyes closed or are you just illiterate by nature? Whenever Edith tries to change the script, she gets forcibly knocked out. She tried to send the maid away and nearly passed out. She'd just be put comatose by the story if she does something to get rid of that bi***. She literally has no power.

95-96 she was not hurt, at all when she tried to sneak and get out. and her maid abusing her in the duke’s mansion is not in the script so she can toll ovef that. just think of the possibilities. you're reading a fantasy, not a real life story
