No, this is the 17th timeline but the thesilid in this timeline was the 117th one, he got here after he was killed in that save point by Ailette (she didn't know she had killed someone) and Reed is i believe the 101st thesilid who went dark/evil destroying the world, to put it simply he was the dark thesilid who hasn't been eternally imprisoned yet in that save point Ailette killed him in. The 17th Thesilid actually died in that dungeon burst or something in that one village that Ailette went to, the one which his body got operated on like puting some wings on him iirc. That's also why the current thesilis is much stronger and more powerful that he let on
