Caelus knows that Richard is a regressor. He doesn't want Richard to romance Daphne because she deceives him. Caelus feels bad that the person he loves most kills him sometimes. Daphne has regressed 999 times, and it's not Caelus’s fault that she keeps dying. No matter what she does, she keeps dying over and over again. She tries different things to go home, like killing characters and reenacting what happened in the story perfectly. It only repeats cuz richard didn't moved on from daphne or something or they needed to defeat daphne cuz she wasnt the real one. One time, she tried to pair Richard and Caelus. Caelus no longer loves Daphne because he knows she is not the Daphne he loved. When Daphne goes into "evil mode," Richard says he doesn't want to work with her because he doesn't love her anymore. If the male lead and the second male lead get together, the plausibility of the story collapses. Caelus pretends not to like Richard because he is afraid of losing him, but he begins to like Richard. Laios and duke chessica get together.
