Its barely explained here but in the novel jiwook really feels like he crossed some line and that juyeon werent going to apply for his wish, so he tried his best to make juyeon trust him, if he is on a leash how can he run? Also that makes him loyal to even suggest it , initially he didnt even think juywon would even agree because he doesnt know how much "power" he got over him in these moments of the story, he think juyeon hates him and is just doing it for revenge (we cant blame him tho) , and juyeon thinks so too, but in reality juyeon is attracted to jiwook and is doing it mostly for pleasure , so when jiwook is finally acting like he "wants him back" juyeon cant help but thing wirh his dihh
