Heyyy, I found the entire manhwa translated in Spanish and read it because the English translation is taking a while:
Spoiler!
The ending is bittersweet, but also exactly what you would expect. Essentially, Shin Han gets what he wants and Junhan's karma catches up to him.
Shin is actually the son of a super wealthy couple, and he's had a bodyguard keeping tabs on Junhan for the entire time. Shin is the reason Junhan's father steps into the picture, and to look like a savior, Shin gets him deported then to Thailand. After that, they get a lot closer, Shin uses his parents' connections to boost Junhan's acting career, and their relationship turns dubiously consensual. Eventually, another kid who Junhan bullied enters the story. It turns out that back then: Shin actually stepped into that kid's place because he wanted to be bullied by Junhan for the attention, and then asked the kid to record all of the bullying for evidence. The favor gets cashed in, and unknown to Junhan, Shin sabotages him by airing the bullying videos on-stage while Junhan is performing in a play about school violence. Junhan's career gets totally ruined. On top of that, Junhan's best friend finds out that he was set up, and that Junhan was actually the drunk driver that killed the man on the night of the accident. Shin is behind this too. The story ends with Junhan totally mindbroken with no one left in his life, except Shin. And Shin is completely happy, knowing that he successfully conditioned and manipulated Junhan into being his forever.
As someone who was actually rooting for the toxic ship, I'm gagged that it came to fruition. And despite not even liking Junhan, I still feel bad for him 😭
