If he is really a "Necromancer" can he summon something now?, If he does not, why use the affiliation" necromancer" if he can't do necromancy?

Necromancy isnt 'summoning the dead' , its manipulating them . Like how in this case the dead are used as growth material, shield ,etc
Last chapter his necromancy finally upgraded enough to summon one of the souls he's absorbed, but honestly, against these weak mobs it would be a waste, since consuming them for permanent power has had better effect. Maybe he'll summon something for the lols while fighting the boss, since the boss soul will make up for the waste easy enough.

@Unknown now he's just an assassin who can use souls, and only to use as shield. So technically Still an assassin, NOT a necromancer

@Unknown necromancy doesn't = skeletons or summoning sh** only. Read more books and expand your knowledge, gosh.
