This was not at all how I expected this story to go. It feels so random for what's been happening so far. Kind of disappointed.
Holy stressball rn

@Mattsucksballs Same here. Like the author did a 180⁰ turn with the story, and it's gone over the cliff. This is is beyond dumb.
@Mattsucksballs If you think about it, Aaron’s mental health was foreshadowed multiple times. Not to mention the signs of him being unwell, such as difficulty expressing emotion and being “calm” all the time. If you reread the story, you might see that this is actually in line with what was going on.
In my own comment, I explain it more but I’ll keep this short:
Yujin was Aaron’s first working fix for his trauma induced insomnia. Going without sleep for a very long time like Aaron really f*s your mental health, and he wasn’t healthy to begin with. In the flashbacks of his life, you could see how he was raised, and how it was terrible. Yujin being his fix suddenly disappeared, leaving him unable to sleep and going into a mental breakdown.
@Ren
Totally read you, but chaining someone and f*ck*ng them to doomsday and back? I mean, whoa there! It was Jujin's voice he originally sought for his insomnia, not his būtt. I suffer from insomnia sometimes, and the losing of balance+ brain blanketing fog and other associated effects, doesn't mean I've lost all my mental faculties.
@Earthling …What? I said it worsened his preexisting mental illnesses. This is also fiction, and some people really do go insane from sleep loss even without underlying mental illness. He also never felt love before and was taught to literally hunt whatever he wanted and he would get it.
