@Monasha after the experiments, multiple male subjects became suicidal, so much so that they rip their own neck arteries out with their own hands.
But some success were found with transgender individuals (people having both the male and female organs) but the success was related to a functioning life supporting uterus.

Only 3 children out of 19 were born without any genetic complications, but were 1-2 months premature of the expected delivery.
