@Mensoo  It’s true that you shouldn’t give up everything you have for the sake of love, but there’s a problem and that is how Hyundo (ML) sees Yuhyun’s (MC) situation.

Yuhyun is forced to have a child even though he never wanted one, and as an omega, he already looks bad in the eyes of the board. Hyundo pressures Yuhyun about his love, saying he wants to marry him and have a child, but he doesn’t think about what the consequences would be for Yuhyun if they actually got married. Yuhyun would lose the chairman position—and worse, possibly even his job, since someone would have to stay home with the child.

Another issue is that Hyundo knows Yuhyun is better than him, even though he is an omega. However, he doesn’t see how society treats omegas or how the board views them as lesser than alphas. At the end of the day, if the board were able to choose without the chairman’s influence, they would all choose Hyundo over Yuhyun, not because Hyundo is smarter, stronger, or more capable, but simply because Hyundo is an alpha and Yuhyun is an omega. And that makes the biggest difference.

If we compare their world to ours, it would be like saying omegas are women and alphas are men. For example, I have a female friend who was competing against a man for a promotion. Do you know who won? The man. And the only reason was that he was a man. When we saw who made the decision, we immediately understood, they were all older white men who are sexist. Everyone knows she is more capable, but because she is a woman, she didn’t get the promotion.
