@N04H you should probably put this as a spoiler and add a trigger warning for it. Lots of people may be triggered by this comment and it can cause them to relapse lol.
but at the same time, take care of yourself, and sh usually causes more problems than solving them. Try distracting yourself, doing something else or maybe put down this manwa for a while until you feel comfortable enough to read it again. Take care.

@N04H no worries, it might seem hard to stop now, but set yourself small steps and I’m sure you’ll manage to stop soon. Don’t feel shame or embarrassment for anything, cutting is a coping mechanism that some people are naturally drawn to, so don’t suffer in silence. No probs
