@BLenjoyer It’s dubious consent, so it is r*e when the person gains full consciousness and sobriety and then realizes that they didn’t actually want to engage in the sexual act or they were coerced and taken advantage of because they weren’t fully aware. In this case i'm not sure if it's r*e, cause there's no full context.
