@Introvert i think what he means that you made friends with the wrong person as an introvert person and instead of getting energised through them you feel like it's really energie draining to be with those friends. But that's just a theorie i'm not a mind reader

@Safira0141 as an introvert we prefer solitude and quiet because we have a low social battery life so energetic and eccentric kids like the twins immediately drain what little social battery we have and proceeds to put it in the negatives making us wanna do nothing but run off and just slump back alone
