He basically goes to all the events in which he know fl will attend. He asks her multiple times to talk, he even suggests for him to become a servant for the marquis family just so he can be close to fl. He starts participating in fl's business, for example he promises to create a passage in some mountains that are famous for being made of rocks too hard to be escavated, all bc otherwise she would have had to make the deal with some other guy...Fl refuses him everytime but cannot deny she is shaken
