@QDestructX honestly speaking, students have way too much laws and rules that give them too much advantages over teachers . Granted, that's because teachers of the past abused their positions so those laws and rules came to be but now it's the current teachers that suffer. This is honestly a Boomerang Effect going on here with both sides. You set rules for students due to teachers abusing their power. However as time pass, rules for teachers will be set up due to students abusing the rules that was meant to help them. It's an ENDLESS struggle

@Tamamo Cross so basically it can't be solved permanently only temporary till the abuse change it tides
@Tamamo Cross True! Because of past abuse of those teacher, the ordinance came to be. Thus, the teacher nowadays suffer due to existence of the ordinance. You should proposed a overall law and proceed to investigate school related cases, case-by-case.
