I have a theory:

The other doc must've been in contact with those garden of Eden, because it's suspicious as to why he was in the lab, it seems like he was finding something or stealing some formula or something, because the kid turn into an adam when that military yang (forgot his name) said they hadn't across into any Adams and said he had a physical body(?) and it couldn't be possible that he was bitten, 

And that syringe, I feel like he was given by that "doc" or was injected by that doc while they were eating at the cafeteria and sitting since they were close to each other, and I feeeeel like the doc is an elder? Or a right hand by those elders? 

And that chicken.....was he the only one eating the chicken? In the table?? If so, maybe the chicken was contaminated or was mix in by some Adam's blood by someone....and I feel like there's more traitors, because if ever the doc was revealed to be a rebel/traitor, he must've had someone to help him or to give orders to.....hmmmm

Oh well I still don't like the other doc if he didn't turn out to be a traitor
