something he should do is get some nicotine pouches or sm. Bc nicotine by itself is way more healthier than cigs or vape (cuz they have harmful chemicals in them)
:D Ik that the NRT products are really good and are safe too if youre trying to quit smoking. But if youre not as addicted to the nicotine itself but more the feeling of smoking you could always try those one cigarettes that are herbal instead if nicotine (srry i forgot the name of them ;(...but ik theyre sm actors use) cuz they still look like a cig and give off the same feeling but without the nicotine. Those are js my ideas 😚
