You need to take time to enjoy, absorb the art, take in the emotions and imagine your self in that situation and the decisions you will make....
Of you can do all these ethen you can slow down your pace

@Red_August I am not reading manga/manhwa so that i can put myself in their position every single chapter. i do that at the end trust. that's why i reread things so that I can then move at a slow pace
