@Megumiiiii Basically the Anastasia is actually failed so they don't want anyone know about it so they kill everyone who could tell the public , because they don't want someone actually making it , ion know much really but that's all i can do w my brain

@Megumiiiii basically they failed to make the weapon but didn't want people to know because then the other countries/governments wouldn't be afraid of it anymore. So Zehnya killed off everyone else who was involved so they couldn't tell anyone the weapon failed and so that they couldn't go try to remake it on their own.
