I wonder if the Panels kept her from learning about it previously or if he was just kept from approaching her.

@Raygundola Personally I think he thought she was his daughter, but wasn't sure and she wasn't relly in public much other than the required stuff, so he prob didn't have many opportunities to meet her other than a couple times. And he didn't have any proof so he couldn't just be like "I'm your dad"
