I think Jo has more to offer than we could see.  Someone commented that Jo was boring bla bla and TJ was more exciting but I have different opinions.  Jo is more stable and dependable which is what Ian needs.  But yes you're right- Jo will have to toughen up (if he's not already- he just seems like a really cool and calm). I just don't see the fighter in him yet but that can change as he finds out how dangerous being by Ian's side becomes.

Now TJ- after what he did to Ian I have lost respect for him.  Now Ian went to Jail for them so Jason's (dying in ICU) is leaving a great deal of money or something for Ian after his death.  Ian does not want it but Jason is giving it anyways.  

I always though TJ was the 2ML but now he's almost becoming the villain instead which is a shame, maybe he will have an arc towards the end. No idea what's going to happen but this story is interesting!!!  

Thank you so much! This is really helpfull. Is that also the reason why Ian wanted to leave? He wanted to move out of the city if I remembered correctly. He did not let TJ know. But I also thought that Ian already has moved a couple of times.

From what I understand Ian is waiting for that settlement from Jason so he can pay off his remaining debt to TJ, then he plans to quietly disappear.  He keeps getting side jobs from them bc he needs the easy fast illegal money BUT he's not about that life anymore.  When he visit Jason in the ICU, upon Jason's death (Jason is second in command) he leaving Ian something big, although Ian is not greedy he just wants to pay his debt.  

He was initially just wanting s** from Jo with no attachment so when he leaves he left nothing behind.  TJ is never going to let him go now we all know what he's capable of even hurting his lover Ian. Imagine if he knew Ian is falling for Jo, what TJ would do to him.   There was a scene where TJ said witnessed Ian smiling and talking with Jo and TJ said that guy (Jo) gets on my nerves - or I already don't like him something like that, so it's just a matter of time. I just know that Ian might have to bring Jo on the run with him bc he already in danger and has no idea.  

Ian knows TJ even though it's toxic af he tolerates it BUT after the debt settlement I Believe he will disappear and hope to never run into TJ again bc he knows that dude is bad for him he just can't let him go just let.  I think TJ intentionally keeps Ian in debt so he never ever leaves- just my speculation.  Abusive relationship normally has some sort of hold on the other trying to leave.  

we will see what happens next bc I have no idea either, my gut tells me TJ becomes a villian or maybe even dies as a retribution for Ian at the end as an arc but who knows..
