Honestly if we're comparing the two here's what i think. In CBAW, Taesung had outwardly rejected Haebom as his brother and the two never had a 'brotherly' relation between them. Moving forward in that story, we never really saw any type of 'brotherly actions' from the MCs. But here on the other hand, Byul and Dongho grew up as brothers. And let's also mention the age gap. These two always had 'brotherly interactions' with each other (as we see from the chapter) which makes it feel weird when we see Dongho likes Byul. Not to mention they both look literally the same 💀 but anyways. i don't think comparing CBAW and BL Motel on this aspect is legible since the two are totally different. One had absolutely nothing to do with brotherly interactions between the MCs (although Taesung's mom saw them as brothers which ultimately made her surprised but later she accepted it) and the other MCs (here) had alot of brotherly interactions. soooo yeah!
