Bell won't die from that but after that incident cheong ho and yi rim had a huge fight and yi rim left then again after months (i think) juho talked to yi rim (he knows where yi rim is or he probably hides yi rim in his house im not sure) and yi rim shows up at the nationals where cheong ho was competing and cheong ho smelled yi rim's pheromones and completes the race and went to yi rim they were talkng and crying and when they hugged yi rim broke hi water and he passed out when he woke up he was in hospital(obviously cheong ho took him there) he then touched his belly and suddenly freak out cuz bell was not there anymore timeskip bell was probably a few month old or something yi rim and cheong ho talked and exchange the rings again then they had s** and dan yi rim returns to the figure skating again
