I agree with you. Wook even said to minho that at first he's gonna play with him but then it changes. Wook has character development and he's changed. At least wook wanted to save him so he can live. I heard in the main story minho also tried to kill himself but wook saved him there too.
Ngl he really did have a small amount of character development
