How is it a plot hole tho? The rulers are direct rivals of the monarchs, so it's pretty normal for their avatars to be this strong. That's why 3 monarchs needed to gang up on that other national level hunter.

A lot of readers seem to be under the misconception that the architect and his system is the strongest power, the architects system was just to select and raise a candidate for the Shadow Monarchs power, its the shadow monarch that makes jinwoo strong not the architect, the architect is really strong but he is no where nere the strongest in this story. A fragment of the brilliant light is of course going to be way stronger than the architects/systems creatures. Carry on reading amd you will see that this is in no way a plot hole
