You can't really blame him for being angry, he's an athlete and got right before his match because of his physical therapist. Sure he's a bad guy but you already have an injury prior to the match or game your already at a disadvantage, then sustaining another injury literally minutes before said game or match he had every right to be mad. Sure he doesn't know it wasn't Kim's fault, but from the way he sees it his physical therapist should be helping him not hurting him or putting at even more of a disadvantage
