@Michael_king in a sitituation like that most ppl would lose their morals at some point so its not a suprise that some people are killing humans asw
@xie lian Wrong. You are just making up things from reading comics. People weren't losing their moral left and right during covid. It happened depending on socio-economic status, location etc.
@Gazni well in covid there wasn't a monster apocalypse threatening to end the world. I don't know but isn't it better to die by covid than to die eaten and being tormented for life by monsters
@emisk comedy "well in covid there wasn't a monster apocalypse"

Doesn't contribute to anything the other guy said. He said people would lose their morals is such situation. The pandemic was the closest thing that we had to make a comparision and we know that people didin't lose their morals left and right.
@Gazni You can't compare a disease that people overreacted with an apocalypse created by a monster invasion. Covid made everyone cower in fear of an invisible enemy not an world end threat.

Also, during covid people didn't lose their morals but they showed their true selfs, with many being beaten up publicly when not using mask or taking the vaccine.

Black Lives Matter is an interesting example of how people's morals can vanish easily given the chance. Covid didn't give this chance.
@Mrbread " You can't compare a disease that people overreacted with an apocalypse created by a monster invasion."

I just did, and I already mentioned how it was 'the closest thing'. Black lives matter is not a disaster, its a political movement, not even close. And people didn't overreact. The death toll back then was real.
"Also, during covid people didn't lose their morals but they showed their true selfs"

Sure, showing your true self, losing morals. Play with words with however like but they are same thing. There is not true self or 'false self'. If people had abundance of resources, most would not commit crimes. Labelling people's evil side as "true self" is just self-hating behavior.
@Gazni Do you think people only commit crimes because they lack? No, they commit crimes also because they want what the other has. Greed is a basic human instinct after all. See what it would happen if we abolished all laws
@Mrbread "Greed is a basic human instinct after all."

Lol, no. You have to bring some evidence to prove that and there is none to back the claim that greed is a basic human instinct. This is exactly why I say people should not learn sht from these eastern comics that discourages and twists morality.

"See what it would happen if we abolished all laws"
How do you think the concept of law came into existence? This is not something to be discussed in some edgy manhwa comment section and to be discussed casually like this as it encompasses a lot of things from history.
The common pattern is,
Chaos > People get tired and look for some capable leader > Shift to authoratarian rule by some capable, charming dude > Law/ society constituted > and so on and on.
@Gazni Fine. I do agree that this is a deep subject to be easily discussed in just a comment section.
