I think they know each other from the past, uke just doesn't remember it, that's y the seme isn't leaving him alone as he remembers.

@Nalini Nanda agree but also kind of confused sense the seme did say he felt his heartbeat stopping meaning he intended k*lling him and then suprised saying why is he still alive when he have enough venom in his system that can k*ll an elephant. Maybe he didn't remember him until later? The mystery is k*lling me

viper wants raven because raven is like viper.. a beast. And MC is a very rare raven cuz ravens supposedly have special powers tied with life and death. Same power is the reason why MC didnt die and what viper wants to control.
