@DaLu My guess is because his behaviour, while frustrating, feels like a product of his upbringing. Me personally, I feel after so many rose colored comics where the emperor gets redemption for the sole fact he is the husband, this one being a cold calculating bas**** (but not the dumb divorce character) makes him such a cool character.
