I don't really get her motivation for changing his looks was she unhappy with how he looked I mean her mom liked him mind you that was 7 years ago mabey he looked to worn out so she wanted to fix him but to change his nose and height etc I just don't get it I suppose unless she wants him to attract attention for some reason mabey ill learn in a later chapter.

@Thatguy31 Altough I am commenting as I am reading it. But it might be a plot point later on when her mother comes into picture and realizes what her daughter did to him.
As for kids motivation? Well, every child wants the best for their parents in the same way parents want best for their children. But since she probably wasn't educated on that matter from her mother on how far she can go, she is doing everything she can to make her dad happy.

@Thatguy31 I just she's doing this because the Mc was clearly insecure about his appearance. Remember when people questioned if they were even related?
