They will have two kids, both boys, although Cecil sometimes wears girls' clothes. I don't remember reading about any other children, neither in Kiss me Liar nor in the original novel of Kiss me if you can.
@Oryū_ chan kiss me liar is OLD. In Desire me if you can it is mentioned that they have three kids. Peter, Cecil and a girl. The girl's name is not yet revealed.
