@JPANIME He has eating the Immortality fruit few chapter ago, then you can't say he isn't Immortal. You can say he can't die of old age but can be killed (like with Freezer in dbz).

And Immortality is Immortality. Unmoving and unaging. If he was, he wouldn't have been on the edge of death, because you know, he would've been Immortal.
And Frieza is not Immortal, the heck is up with your examples. Having a long life span does not make you Immortal. Zamazu is the only one in DBZ that I'm aware of that was Immortal. And it took for Zeno to completely erase that universe, Timeline and all, just to get rid of him.
You can't say this mc can be killed, while calling him Immortal in the same sentence, that doesn't even make sense.
