I understand that he's done a lot of bad things, but the fact that his dad held a gun to his own son's head shows just how bad his childhood was. There's no way his behavior is completely his fault. Was it out of his own doing? Yes, so he should still be held accountable. However, the way his father treated him is one of the factors that influenced him into making those decisions.
