@Wei Ying its basically what this guy had this chapter. looks like pearls tbh. its an implant placed under the skin of a di** by a professional piercer, usually to enhance pleasure. they cut a small incision into the skin and place a bead underneath (usually silicone), they then stitch it back. 😭
