@Abu   I found and read something about the ending. It's really sad but he died and she just finds peace thinking about him. She also created an orphanage for helping e protecting children from bad person.

@.ACE. i came across dear hongrang kdrama n the reviews said that he was gonna die i didn't believe it ofc cuz i thought maybe..maybe..it will be a happy ending😭
