Yeah guys... semi-long rant, but ima just drop this one. Im up to the 160's and its gotten really boring.
The story started REALLY GOOD but then..(spoliers!!!) He, of course, makes it back to earth. It was still good. But little by little... it got more and more like work. Just waiting and waiting for something to happen.
And the fighting??? I got some bad news... that goes out the window. Training???? I got some bad news... thats gone too.
Too many characters to keep track of, that also do nothing. After a while the pacing of the story gets weird, slow and boring.
And on top of everything else... there are SO MANY cute girls that get introduced evenly spaced out but... they might as well be comic relief.
They do NOTHING cool and after 5 mintues of appearing they leave to do "something else" or whatever.
I think theres like 8 or 9 girls?? And they are not inportant, same as the guys lol
At least add some sort of side story, maybe some romance??? If the main character isnt interested then maybe a friend of his? Maybe two hunters in his group like eachother??? Maybe a jilted lover of a hunter became a guild leader or SOMETHING!
Just add some SPICE, some drama!
Anyway, it was a pretty good trick. "Maybe something will happen this time" or "its building to something".
Nope. Its not. So enjoy the journey in the Abyss while you can, when he makes it back to Earth, just move on to somthing else.
Anyway, sorry about that, but DA**! This is either building to something EPIC! Or its written to help people fall asleep lol
