It was a step brother trope, the step mom and brother (uke) were very creul to the kid(top) but the plot twist the uke didn't mean it because he's just role it's like a game where he have to act like bad guy to go back to his universe. So he only acts rude to the guy from outside but inside he feel pity for him apologize in his mind and the freaking guy can actually read minds so he falls for his brother at a very young age .
