@Jiang Sha Wei alr let me remind you hg, she was a dark mage in her past life, using too much black magic had taken a toll on her she did not give a flying fu** bout anyone or anything besides her research and duties. She has committed a ton of sins in her past life as stated before so being a bystander once doesn't really matter. It's not just one bad thing Hera has done it's a lot but I still like her. Also, she did not know what was happening to the children as stated previously. She saw those children playing happily under the sun and didn't even think about it.
