@Arashi FL's father is not the father, the delusional girl's father is a commoner, and the mother of the delusional girl, who is psycho, was jealous of FL's mother and FL's father's happy family, and happy life, so she poisoned FL's mother. Basically the psycho woman, bit the hand that feed her, because she was jealous that she didn't have the things, that FL's family has.
