@Arcanmana No, they are't related at all. They would have been step siblings if the guy acting as pink hair's father was his father, but he isn't (though he doesn't know it, pink hair does, I don't think black hair does yet.) Black hair is acting as a "bas****", born to the guy acting as pink hair's father and a different woman.
