@Just a there are a lot of them, but mostly are harem mary sues just like the ones with male protagonists. The diference is that the male ones get the "look how amazing the MC is. He is so powerful everyone should love him" while the females get the "look how amazing she is. She can do everything and everyone should love her".
That being said, here are some suggestions:
The Villainess Is Shy In Receiving Love (OnGoing) - pretty good with a reincarnating mc that was reincarnated many times before
My Mom Entered A Contract Marriage (OnGoing) - nice twist were the regressing one ISNT the mc. Good read.
I Became the Mother of the Blo*** Male Lead - World-building is trash but it does fit the 'regress female protagonist' requirement and can be a good read. Would only recomend if you really like this kind of stories.
Youngest Princess - Not exactly a regress, more a 'reborn in another body, but same universe' and the story is pretty good until the end where they tank the quality to zero. I will not saw how, but I left my review there if you are curious.
It’S Time To Change The Genre - Horrific world-building that makes me want to bleach my brain, but it does fit the 'regress' more than 'isekai' or 'reborn' gender.
I have about a dozen more isekai/reborn with female protagonist if you want too.
