@Help me If I recall correctly, they gave to some magic people who refined the stone believing it to be stable, however Yuder noticed something was off with it that would bring disaster. Tis why he doesn't want to hand it off...
@Help me it was given to wizards and supposably purified but really took all the power out of it and started causing hovc
