He's not a minor, I think he's on his last year of school, his character design just makes him looks young (Its a bit annoying, but I love the art) and he's not a constant reminder of his sister, he has been bullied too, and he's just trying to help. As the story progresses I'm sure they'll just fall in love NOTHING TOWARDS HIS SISTER he just wants to help a soul
