@yumii as far as I could understand These are all the flashbacks of the past life of Lord Muhan. Here Juheon was taken as a surrogate by his uncle, kept hidden by him from Muhan as he was a small child till he was mature. The Lunas are the people used as surrogates (give birth to their blood through s*x) and Jeheon actually didn't know they were gonna use him in THAT level (I guess yeah) and he was locked up there. Though Muhan met him as a child cuz obviously Juheon was used by his own royal family member.
