@rhin As far i as I know , Female alphas Can get pregnant by Male Alpha , Male omega ( for male omega it depends on author , some story dont ) , Male beta as Alpha Female primary gender Female, second gender is Alpha, So being a primary Female they are born with uterus so any male regardless of secondary gender can impregnate them
